Dispatch & Processing:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–7 business days

Shipping Costs:
- Free standard shipping on orders over £35
- For orders under £35, a flat shipping fee is listed for each product.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Delays:
While we strive to deliver within the stated times, please note that external factors (e.g., carrier delays, public holidays) may affect delivery.
